An extended warranty, sometimes called a service agreement, a service contract, or a maintenance agreement, is a prolonged warranty offered to customers. e+Warranty is an extended warranty coverage plan for its members subcripted IT product component failure or breakdown.
Provides a round the clock services to our customer for self service support in product verification, activation and or follow up a claim.
Provide our customer a delegated team of call agents and claim specialist support services which help to assist and address all our customer needs and enquires.
Provides a strong local value, meeting linguistic and cultural preference and hallmarked with consistency of service quality across all geographies.
We provide extended warranty to your IT products where the original warranty given by the manufacturer has expired and you have nowhere to turn to for extending the warranty of your IT products. You are entitled to access any of our service centers nationwide during normal working hours to receive help if your equipment is not working. If our customer services teams are not able to resolve the problem we will, in our discretion, decide whether to approve a repair and pay for the parts and labour cost of repair, or may replace or pay the cost of replacing your equipment, in each case subject to the terms and conditions within this warranty plan.
