Bring your faulty IT product that cover under e+Warranty plan to our service centre nearest to you. |

Claim form will be provided at our e+Warranty service centre. Do fill up and submit the completed claim form to our authorised technical at the service centre. |

Our authorised Customer Service Officer (CSO) at the service centre shall verify the validity of your IT product and your e+Warranty plan. Our technician will proceed to understand the breakdown of your IT product and inspect the condition of your IT product accordingly once the verification is done. |

You will obtain a Case ID and an estimation of your IT product ready and collection date from our CSO. |
|
If a repair is approved by our technician after inspection, we may replace your equipment with new equipment of the same or similar make and specification, if we decide not to repair it. Repair parts will be furnished on an exchange basis and will either be new or equivalent new. All returned parts and products shall become the property of e-Maintenance Sdn Bhd. |

Once your IT product is repaired and ready for collection, we shall contact you via
phone or e-mail. |
|
You need to attend to the same service centre where you handover your IT product. To receive or collect back your repaired IT product at our service centre, do present your Case ID and personal identify for our verification. |
|
Once we verified you are the right owner, we shall handover back your repaired IT product to your good self. You need to test and confirm your IT product is in good working condition before leaving our service centre. |
